Start you day with power

In the nutrition world, I keep hearing that breakfast is your most important meal. Well, I don’t know about that since I can easily miss breakfast but please never mess with my lunch. But that’s me.

 Having said that, I understand, Bill Phillips of the body for life fame also commends the breakfast ritual. Reason? If you take a healthy meal as your breakfast, it will set the tone for the day. If you have an unhealthy one, you will easily find yourself reaching out for those greasy chips. From that stand point in terms of setting the tone for the day, I agree. I have seen it happen.

What does that mean in your general life? How you start your day even beyond breakfast will definitely set the tone for the rest of the day. That’s why kicking off with something like a glass of water, meditation and exercise will give you some extra fuel to run you through the day. Oh, did I add inspirational reading to the list. Ok, that one too.

Whenever I do the above, I normally achieve more than my average days. Then plan and follow through your plan. Also remember that the healthy habits would have given you the extra energy to follow through. Wishing you best mornings and productive days!
