The 2 weeks of productivity
I have been practicing some productivity rituals from a program I have been following. I will be reviewing that program later as I experience it further and further. You will be the one to hear about it first. So, don’t worry.
Anyhow, part of the program is about waking up earlier than usual and doing personal success rituals that kick start your day into gear. For example taking water as first thing in the morning. This I have found healthy because it then cleans up the system of any impurities while at the same time rebalancing the body of any dehydration.
And then of course there is exercise and a healthy breakfast. I have been going out for a 15 to 20 minutes run. It makes a big difference. I find that I am more energetic and focused later on in the day. As for breakfast, fruit does the magic for me. I put in some 15 to 30 minutes of reading something inspirational. I write after that. That makes my mind engaged. I meditate and visualize my goals. Oh, I had forgotten this. I express gratitude for the positive things which are happening in my life.
I plan for the day and off I go with positive anticipation of the productive day ahead. And for the last 2 weeks, all has gone well so far. How do you manage your productivity?
